This policy explains how we handle the personal data you send us through this website. By sending the contact form, you authorize that processing on the terms described here.

Data controller

The controller is Heronima S.A.S, a Colombian company with NIT 902.116.536-7, domiciled in Bogotá, Colombia, phone +57 311 450 0849.

Our legal representative handles your queries and claims at [email protected].

We process your data under Colombia’s Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013.

What we collect and why

When you write to us through the form, we receive:

  • your name and email address;
  • your message;
  • what you chose to build, if you chose something;
  • the language of the page you wrote from.

We use them only to reply to you and carry on the conversation you start. We don’t use them for advertising or newsletters, and we don’t sell them.

We don’t ask for sensitive data: please leave it out of your message.

This site uses no cookies or analytics. Cloudflare processes your IP address to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Your authorization

By sending the form, you give us prior, express and informed authorization to process your data for the purpose described. You can revoke it at any time, as Your rights explains.

Processors and international transmissions

These providers process your data only on our instructions:

  • Cloudflare hosts this site, receives the form, forwards our email and logs technical requests, in the United States and across its global network.
  • Resend delivers your message to our inbox, in the United States, with no open or click tracking.
  • Google stores the messages we receive in Gmail, in the United States and across its global network.

Sending your data to them outside Colombia is an international transmission to processors, under articles 24 and 25 of Decreto 1377 de 2013.

How long we keep the data

  • Your message and contact details, until two years after our last reply; then we delete them.
  • Cloudflare’s and Resend’s technical logs, under their own terms.

We may keep longer what a law requires us to keep, and only for that purpose.

Your rights

You can know, update and rectify your data; ask for proof of your authorization; learn how we use it; ask us to delete it; revoke your authorization, and access it free of charge.

To use them, write to [email protected] from the address you wrote to us from. We answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15.

If you disagree with our answer, you can turn to Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

Changes to this policy

This policy applies from the date above. If we change it, we’ll update that date.
